Chase is seeking a Branch Manager for our Rockford, IL branch to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will drive deposits growth, manage risk and compliance, and cultivate a high-performing culture through coaching and development. You will oversee daily branch activities, balance competing priorities, and navigate a fast-paced environment while upholding Chase's standards and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of management experience in Retail Banking or equivalent Chase leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership to coach and empower employees and build a high performing team.
• Experience delivering on branch goals including deposits growth and customer relationship management.
• Strong risk and controls mindset with adherence to policies and procedures.
• Proven ability to influence, educate, and connect teams, partners, and clients with technology.
