Gulf Coast Bank & Trust Company is seeking a Branch Manager to lead staff and operations at the assigned New Orleans branch. You will drive revenue, manage deposits and loans, and promote a positive bank image in the community while ensuring top-tier customer service and achievement of sales goals.

You will oversee hiring, performance reviews, and staff development, deploy resources for peak performance, and ensure compliance with policies and audits.

Competenze

• Four-year college degree or 3-5 years relevant branch operations and/or proven sales negotiation experience.
• Knowledge of Regulatory/Compliance laws, teller operations, consumer/commercial loans.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, problem solve, supervise a team.
• General knowledge of banking products and various computer software (i.e. MS Office).
• Excellent customer service, written and oral communication, and presentation skills.

• Maximize branch revenues, deposits and loans and minimize operating losses.
• Perform business development within the branch, loan generation, and referrals to other lines of business.
• Develop relationships with existing and potential clients by conducting calls.
• Deploy resources to optimize individual and team performance.
• Monitor staff activities, provide coaching, and ensure quality work and schedules.
• Ensure branch compliance with bank policies, procedures, and audits.
• Prioritize and communicate promotional campaigns and product initiatives.
• Represent bank in local community organizations.
• Perform general management duties including hiring, evaluations, promotions or terminations.
• Develop subordinate staff, estimate personnel needs, assign work, and meet sales goals.
• Create programs and rewards to increase morale and reduce turnover.
• Identify training needs and implement plans.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
