Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales/business development experience and success.

Responsibilities

• Directs sales and business development to achieve branch profitability and annual goals.
• Leads team through coaching, performance management, and setting priorities.
• Identify Retail and Business Banking customer needs and offer solutions.
• Prospect and grow Business Banking relationships through community outreach.
• Conduct interviews and staffing decisions.
• Model and coach customer service and needs determination behaviours.
• Ensure compliance with operational risk controls and regulatory standards.
