Woodforest National Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Toledo, OH to support the Branch Manager in driving growth, customer relationships, and operational excellence.

The role requires a hands-on leader who mentors staff, ensures compliance, and delivers the Woodforest Experience across teller, platform, and digital channels.

You will partner with local leaders to engage the community, manage schedules, and sustain strong sales and service performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant market experience in sales and customer service.
• Demonstrated leadership capability; prior supervisory or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and marketing-oriented sales skills.
• Comfort working in a performance-driven retail banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate branch with a business-owner mindset to drive growth and deposits.
• Coach team members and support branch operations with compliance and strong cash controls.
