Formación

• Minimum 5 years banking, sales, or customer service with 1 year leadership
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years experience or MIT program with 6 months applied experience

• Operate the branch as a business owner – driving performance, managing resources, and making decisions that support long-term growth and profitability.
• Lead with accountability, driving and achieving sales goals and expectations for your team and consistently measuring results.
• Lead branch operations with a strategic focus on deposit growth and wealth management referrals.
• Manage all aspects of branch operations, including compliance, security, cash handling, and expense control.
• Deliver exceptional service, build client relationships, and coach staff to identify needs and refer banking solutions.
