Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team, drive new client acquisition, manage P&L, and ensure top-tier service delivery to clients and candidates.

In this role, you will oversee recruitment strategies, budget adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives while building strong relationships with HR, Operations, and client stakeholders. A strong sales background and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win back clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Set pay and bill rates based on skill categories.
• Manage branch P&L, budget and cost controls.
• Lead and develop branch team; coach recruiters.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.
