Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3-5+ years managing branch employees and/or managing sales or operations of the branch required.
• 24 to 36 months of new account and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch activities including operations, customer service, sales, and regulatory compliance.
• Achieve sales, budget, and profitability goals.
• Develop, implement, and oversee an annual branch marketing/action plan to maximize revenue.
• Mentor, lead, and coach employees to identify cross-sell opportunities and grow deposits.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and bank policies.
• Engage in community events to support the bank’s presence and opportunities.
• Train staff on client service, sales, regulatory requirements, bank products and procedures.
• Manage HR issues at the branch.
• Travel to bank/client locations as needed; some Saturday hours may be required.
