Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of relevant experience plus post-secondary degree
• Supervisory/management experience preferred
• Retail banking products and services knowledge
• Competitive marketplace and product trends awareness
• Knowledge of branch operations and policies
• Knowledge of branch technologies and metrics
• Regulatory and audit policy familiarity
• Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
