World Acceptance Corporation of Missouri is seeking a Branch Manager in Joplin to drive growth in loans and tax services, manage a portfolio, and lead a high-performing team in a performance-driven environment. This role offers a base salary between $40,000 and $50,000 plus performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of management experience or completion of a management training program.
• Experience achieving sales or profitability goals.
• Ability to review and approve loans within guidelines.
• Experience in collections and delinquency management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, and profitability.
• Grow the branch through outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
