• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with branch operations and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory for the branch; achieves EBIT, ROS goals.
• Safeguards company assets and assures operational oversight and inventory controls.
• Ensures appropriate staffing and uses training to develop sales and operations expertise.
• Builds and maintains relationships with existing and new customers.
• Liaises with functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Monitors local market trends and develops strategies to grow market share.
