Ideally from an Industrial/Engineering background with strong communication and people management, you will own P&L, manage recruitment and development, and coordinate cross-functional relationships to deliver profitable growth.

• Strong communication and people management experience.
• P&L ownership experience is essential.
• Proven ability to lead commercial and operational teams.
• Background in a B2B services market and new business planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead branch team recruitment, training and performance management.
• Develop and implement new business plans to meet customer requirements.
• Manage profit and cost centres and drive profitable growth.
• Develop commercial sales and manage customer relationships.
• Coordinate with other functions to ensure execution of business strategy.
