Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow branch through outreach, referrals, community engagement, networking.
• Review, approve, and close loans per guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collections to minimize losses.
• Lead, train, and develop branch employees.
• Oversee branch operations and regulatory compliance.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and make sound decisions.
