Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years in freight forwarding or 10 years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Drive branch growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships.
• Ensure excellent customer service and accountability within the branch.
• Visit key clients to identify opportunities for additional business.
• Oversee operations to ensure regulatory and internal standards compliance.
• Use financial reports to manage cash flow and control expenses.
• Lead initiatives to boost revenue and improve efficiency.
• Develop strategies to keep the branch competitive in freight forwarding.
• Collaborate with leadership to align branch goals with company objectives.
• Support and develop a high-performing team.
