Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in sales leadership with a proven ability to lead a sales team.
• 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
• General understanding of financial statements and concepts.
• Understanding of consumer credit including loan-to-value, debt-to-income and credit reports.
• Ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to promote business.
• Ability to influence business partners such as Key Investment Services, Mortgage and Business Banking.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch team, ensuring understanding of products and services, sales processes, and goals.
• Develop centers of influence and networks to identify referrals.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and schedule branch staff to meet coverage needs.
• Provide coaching and performance management to the team.
• Ensure regulatory, security, and internal control compliance.
• Occasionally work Saturdays as directed.
