Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading all aspects of branch performance.
• Drives revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients and solutions.
• Coaches to consultative selling and delivers a differentiated client experience in an omni-channel environment.
• Manages and coaches to onboarding, development and performance of branch team members.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and risk management practices.
