Job summary

6th Man Movers in Nashville seeks a Branch Manager to lead a growing location and drive the operation from $7M to $10M. You will act as a decisive leader, wearing multiple hats in a culture-first environment focused on fellowship and career growth.

Responsibilities include daily operations, P&L, recruiting initiatives, maintaining SOPs, and establishing new procedures while managing a team of 50–80 and 25–30 trucks. Weekend work and up to 50-hour weeks are expected.

Qualifications

• Be a decisive leader who can drive the branch to growth and profitability.
• Willingness to work weekends during peak season and long hours as needed.
• Ability to recruit, train, and manage large direct reports and field crews.
• Demonstrated ability to implement SOPs and establish new procedures.
• Comfort learning and applying CRM and KPI expectations to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations and drive P&L outcomes.
• Head recruiting initiatives and manage a team of drivers, foremen, and helpers.
• Oversee the fleet and daily moving projects to ensure service quality.
• Carry out current SOPs and assist in establishing new procedures.
• Provide day-to-day decision-making support for crews on projects.
