Qualifications

• Two to five years of similar or related experience.
• Sound judgement and decision making skills.
• Proficiency with math calculations.
• Computer proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal, telephone and written communication skills.
• Sales ability and persuasiveness.
• Interpersonal skills to include a significant level of trust, diplomacy, courtesy and tact.
• Exceptional customer service, sales, leadership, teamwork and management skills.
• Working knowledge of bank operations.
• Ability to develop and achieve group goals in accordance with defined parameters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch retail growth and profitability.
• Coach and develop staff; promote legendary customer service and cross-sell bank products.
• Monitor compliance with banking regulations and policies.
• Schedule and supervise staff activities and transaction approvals.
• Order daily cash requirements and manage cash limits.
• Uphold security policies and provide backup support as needed.
