Job summary

You will hire and coach staff, develop sales initiatives, ensure policy compliance, and deliver legendary customer service while building community relationships.

This full-time role requires banking experience, supervisory skills, and a proven ability to motivate teams and meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Two to five years banking experience preferred; supervisory experience required.
• Excellent verbal, telephone and written communication skills.
• Sales ability and persuasiveness.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and management capabilities.
• Ability to develop and achieve group goals in accordance with defined parameters.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch growth: deposits, relationships, lending, service fees, and cross-sell initiatives.
• Lead and motivate staff; hire, train, evaluate performance, promote when appropriate; manage payroll and staffing.
• Represent the bank at community events and with external partners.
• Maintain adherence to policies; enforce security and operational controls.
• Plan daily goals and tasks; monitor branch operations and performance metrics.
• Provide legendary customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
