Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, interview, and staff according to staffing model.
• Coach customer service and risk/compliance adherence.
• Process Business Banking loan requests up to $250,000.
• Maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Develop partnerships across bank to resolve issues.
