Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Irving, TX is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, grow deposits and investments, and coach a high-performing team. You will ensure exceptional client experiences, manage risk, and drive adoption of our digital solutions while representing the Chase brand in the community.

You will oversee branch performance, deliver on branch goals, and develop staff through coaching and ongoing training, including branch hours and weekend support as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with coaching and empowerment of employees.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with strong decision-making.
• Experience in creating a strong risk and control environment.
• Ability to influence and connect team with technology.
• 2+ years of management/ Retail Banking or Chase leadership.
• High school degree or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.

• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
