Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team, grow the client base and deepen relationships with key accounts. You’ll drive strategic plans, manage revenue and expenses, and uphold service standards for candidates and clients.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, monitor KPI performance, and ensure efficient branch operations while delivering strong bottom-line results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to expand existing and new clients.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls to hit KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead, coach, and develop recruiters; ensure top performance and service quality.
• On-board new customers, negotiate terms, and monitor client satisfaction.
