Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth across our local branch, focusing on acquiring new clients, strengthening existing relationships, and delivering top-line results. The role includes P&L oversight, recruitment strategy, and cost control, while building a high-performing branch team and ensuring excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will establish plans to grow accounts, manage client expectations, and present regular business reviews to leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years direct sales experience with increasing responsibility.
• Supervisory/management experience in a sales or service setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, win new clients, and manage client requirements and SLAs.
• Lead day-to-day performance of branch staff; coach and develop recruiters.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls; forecast revenue and expenses.
