Job summary

Farmers National Banc Corp is seeking a Branch Manager to direct the overall activities of the branch to achieve four key objectives: superior customer service, growth of branch goals, development of staff, and ongoing learning. You will lead by example, manage and motivate personnel, and ensure compliance with bank policies while supporting community engagement.

High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
NMLS certification required (or obtained upon hire).
Three years experience as Branch Manager or equivalent management in banking.

Responsibilities

Direct the branch to serve customers at a superior level and achieve objectives.
Meet and exceed branch goals and progress to the next branch tier.
Make regular out-of-bank calls on business prospects to generate new customers.
Train staff on bank product features to cross-sell effectively.
Interview loan applicants and extend credit within lending authority.
Adhere to loan policies and maintain compliance with procedures.
Hold weekly sales meetings to review products, goals, and profitability.
Ensure timely reporting and communication to branch supervisors.
