Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in a branch environment.
• Minimum 5 years branch management experience.
• Minimum 3 years management of complex business and consumer accounts.
• Proven sales ability and branch growth.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Leadership and teamwork experience; staff coaching and performance mgmt.
• Notary public preferred; proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Hires and develops quality staff ensuring staffing for top customer service.
• Conducts monthly one-on-one meetings with direct reports and documents coaching.
• Promotes in-branch sales promotions to grow deposits.
• Monitors branch performance via dashboards; reports to management.
• Ensures adherence to bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Leads sales, community engagement, and relationship-building initiatives.
• Oversees daily operations, large deposits, and approvals per procedures.
