Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum three years in a supervisory role at a financial institution; proven coaching and development ability.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and customer service aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing: hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluation, discipline.
• Direct a team to deliver exceptional member service across communication channels.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow credit union in the local market.
• Lead by example to ensure professional, timely member interactions.
• Drive department performance by analyzing needs and aligning products/services.
• Coach through change and resolve high-pressure situations.
• Build lasting member relationships and represent PSCU in the community.
• Oversee loan processing, audit readiness, compliance, and fraud support.
