Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Branch Leader to manage all aspects of an assigned branch. This role drives branch performance through leadership, coaching and business development, with emphasis on Small Business and IRM partnerships.

The position includes ensuring compliance with internal controls and risk management policies, and managing human capital from interviewing to performance reviews. Some cross-training for teller support may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment and pass NMLS background check.

Aufgaben

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill Truist's Purpose, Mission and Values.
• Drive branch business development to deliver strong team and individual performance across Small Business, Mass Affluent, IRM partnerships.
• Grow branch revenue via Small Business development, client outreach, and Mass Affluent growth through appointments and prospecting.
• Participate in civic and professional groups to prospect and develop new business and build the Truist Brand.
• Lead and motivate branch team to fulfill Purpose, Mission and Values for clients' financial success.
• Collaborate with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance with bank procedures and risk management.
• Make human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, performance reviews and counseling.
