Job summary

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Branch Manager in Washington, DC to lead a branch team, grow deposits, lending, and investments, and deepen customer relationships. You will coach staff to meet sales goals and ensure risk controls align with banking regulations.

You will partner with Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending teams while delivering digital banking options to customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in banking or related field.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Wells Fargo SAFE registration required.
• LO/CFPB compliance for Loan Originators.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• No Visa sponsorship eligibility.
• Coach and develop sales professionals.
• Knowledge of banking laws and risk controls.
• Strong analytical and judgment skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch team and drive sales growth.
