Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager in New York to lead a branch team, drive deposits and investments, and ensure exceptional client service. You will coach staff, uphold strong risk controls, and engage with local businesses to strengthen the branch's community footprint.

The role requires weekend/evening hours and a proven ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on hospitality and technology-driven banking solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in Retail Banking or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and coach a branch team to achieve results and grow deposits and investments.
• Strong risk and control discipline with adherence to policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
