Qualifications

• 3+ years of related branch banking or leadership experience.
• Notary Public eligibility in applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of branch performance and revenue growth through consultative client interactions.
• Drive customer loyalty by delivering a differentiated omni-channel banking experience.
• Coach and develop branch team to meet performance expectations and risk/compliance standards.
• Manage talent onboarding, coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
• Mitigate sales risk and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory guidelines.
