Nicolet National Bank is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager in Iowa to lead sales and relationship growth at the Fairfield branch. You will coach Universal Bankers, drive daily sales activities, and ensure strong customer delivery with risk and compliance in mind.

You will mentor UB/PB staff, manage day-to-day branch operations, and partner with the Branch Manager to execute the business plan, ensuring excellent customer experience and community presence.

Qualifications

• Frontline retail banking experience required; coaching/leadership experience preferred.
• Customer-facing skills with excellent service delivery and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage deposits, referrals across lines of business, and risk/compliance awareness.

Responsabilités

• Execute daily sales rhythm to drive new customers and deepen relationships.
• Coach Universal Bankers and Personal Bankers; support branch scorecard targets.
• Open and service deposit and loan accounts; refer to internal specialists as needed.
