Job summary

CBX Solutions seeks a General Manager to oversee a Nashville branch, drive sales, and maximize profitability. You will lead cross-functional teams, coach managers, and manage contracts while ensuring client satisfaction and on-time project delivery.

Qualified candidates bring extensive Security Integration leadership experience, strong change-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role reports to senior leadership and requires onsite presence in Nashville, TN.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• At least 5 years of management experience in Security Integration.
• Strong knowledge of change management practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the branch office, drive sales activity, and maximize profitability.
• Develop relationships with key clients, partners, and industry professionals.
• Coach, mentor, and manage managers and supervisors.
• Oversee bids, contracts, and cost controls; ensure on-time delivery and project completion.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and review results.
• Monitor financials, reports, and department expenses.
