• Experience in sales and management preferred.
• Knowledge of low voltage industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Always maintain or exceed SES customer service standards.
• Oversee counter/telephone sales, shipping/receiving, inventory control.
• Develop vendor relations and train staff; coordinate with Sales Manager.
• Promote growth for SES and customers; prospect new clients.
• Reduce slow-moving inventory and maintain stock health.
• Achieve branch sales goals; mentor sales team.
• Collaborate with Corporate on recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Empower and mentor Assistant Branch Manager.
• Ensure accurate inventory and orderly showroom/warehouse.
