Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations, managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, resolving issues per policy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to let clients access accounts anytime, anywhere.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
