Job summary

Unity Bank is seeking a Branch Experience Manager in Crosby, MN to lead a team, coach staff, and enhance the customer experience. You will partner with bankers to provide hands-on support, drive community development efforts, and promote financial literacy in local communities.

The role requires fostering a customer-centric environment, supervising daily branch activities, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Travel across the footprint may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of three years banking experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to retail banking teams and maintain high service standards.
• Design and implement training programs for staff, including security and weather emergency procedures.
• Oversee customer inquiries, resolve issues, and build relationships to meet financial objectives.
• Build and maintain community relationships and participate in local events to promote financial literacy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and branch security; perform audits and reports.
• Coordinate with facilities for branch supplies and maintenance to ensure a safe environment.
