Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent working experience preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years banking experience required

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Provide direction, resources, and direct assistance to retail banking teams, promoting a customer-focused culture and high service standards.
• Training and Development: Design and implement training programs for customer support teams and branch staff, including security and weather emergency procedures.
• Customer Experience: Oversee and enhance support resources to deliver timely solutions, advise customers on bank products, and ensure a positive branch experience.
• Community Involvement: Build and maintain relationships with community members and participate in events to promote financial literacy.

Education
