Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Educate clients while highlighting self-service options for easy access to accounts.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices and audits.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Ensure loss control and compliance are maintained at high standards.
• Travel for in-person training and meetings as required.
