Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience interviewing applicants and completing employee reviews

Responsibilities

• Create a world class customer experience environment
• Represent Bonvenu Bank to the community through good customer relations and events
• Establish internal performance objectives for branch volume, deposits, and referrals
• Ensure sales and service delivery expectations are met and maintain a professional branch atmosphere
• Review staff performance and coordinate training as needed
• Drive operational excellence through compliance, audits and branch policies
• Ensure security procedures are followed and assist with investigations
• Support lending needs by interviewing loan applicants and ordering credit reports
• Work with business customers on lending needs
• Other duties as required
