Responsibilities

• Create a world class customer experience environment.
• Represent Bonvenu to the community through relationships and events.
• Establish and help attain internal performance objectives for branch business volume, deposits, loan portfolio referrals, treasury management referrals, line of business referrals, and quality of audit reports.
• Ensure Bonvenu’s sales and service delivery expectations are met. Provide and maintain a professional, business-like atmosphere within the branch.
• Review staff members for formal performance evaluations, recommend salary adjustments, counsel employees when needed, and coordinate training as needed.
