Job summary

Prosperity Bank in Austin, TX seeks a Branch Manager with the leadership to direct operations, sales, risk controls and staff development. You will ensure policy compliance, customer service excellence, and cross-selling of bank services while meeting branch goals.

You will supervise daily workflows, recruit and train personnel, manage cash controls, and coordinate with lending teams to support commercial loans, deposits, and profitability in a fast-paced retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: Associate degree in business or related field, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
• REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Thorough knowledge of Bank services and products.
• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least five years of related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Commercial Lending Experience Required. Real estate and origination background preferred.
• SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED: Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills.
• Well organized.
• Ability to operate related computer applications and related business equipment.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain an effective and efficient workflow.
