Job summary

Aggregate Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Branch Director to run and grow its Baton Rouge branch as a standalone business.

The role focuses on building relationships with general contractors, EPCs, plant owners, engineers, and public entities across Louisiana and neighboring states, while driving safety culture and team development. The successful candidate will own the branch budget, pricing, margin and collections, with Houston providing equipment, hydro demolition, and payroll backup support.

Responsibilities

• Run and grow the Baton Rouge branch as a standalone business
• Own relationships with general contractors, EPCs, plant owners, engineers, DOTs and municipalities across LA, MS, AR, AL
• Lead safety culture and develop the Baton Rouge team
• Own branch budget, pricing, margin and collections
• Collaborate with ATI management to finalize branch strategy within 60 days
• Oversee support functions including equipment, safety, accounting and payroll backups
