Job summary

Blackhawk Industrial Group in Louisiana is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to own branch performance, P&L, budgeting, staffing, dispatch, quoting, and facility operations. This hands-on leader prioritizes safety, builds strong teams, and fosters lasting customer relationships while meeting financial targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations leadership experience in industrial or similar services.
• 3-4 years of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with discretion.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays when needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L and manage revenue, gross margin, and overhead.
• Develop and monitor the annual budget and forecasts.
• Champion health and safety and track safety metrics with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including DOT.
• Align staffing with backlog and workload and monitor overtime.
• Oversee dispatch, scheduling, and resource coordination across the branch.
• Lead staffing, performance reviews, and compensation recommendations.
• Review job-level profitability and collaborate with Finance on costing and invoicing.
