Job summary

StoneAge Tools, Inc. in Geismar, Louisiana, seeks a Louisiana Branch Operations Manager to lead the branch's sales and operations, delivering on the StoneAge Assurance Promise.

You will oversee inventory, rentals, repairs, and service delivery, align with the Regional Sales Manager, and develop a capable team through clear expectations, reviews, and cross-training. Travel and on-call support may be required.

Qualifications

• Three years running a rental or sales operation, or five+ years running multi-site branches.
• Five+ years of industrial hydroblasting experience with tech and sales responsibilities.
• Ability to implement business processes, metrics, and use ERP/CRM/Microsoft Office.
• Ownership of customer commitments, operational quality, and financial performance with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch sales and operations with clear priorities, performance measures, and accountability.
• Grow sales and market share through customer and dealer relationships in partnership with the Regional Sales Manager and Internal Customer Support.
• Ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment, technical support, quotes, warranty processes, and deliveries, including hot shot services and personal delivery when needed.
• Own inventory accuracy and availability through ERP discipline, receiving, transfers, cycle counts, and stocking decisions.
• Manage rental fleet profitability, utilization, readiness, and availability, coordinating equipment with other branches during peak demand.
• Overseeing quality repairs, tool and parts tracking, rental contracts, repair quotes, invoices, job planning, equipment configuration, and demonstrations.
• Develop a capable team through clear expectations, quarterly reviews, individual development plans, and cross-training.
• Partner with headquarters and other branches to execute company strategy, share customer insights, and resolve financial and operational issues.
