Job summary

Aggregate Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Branch Director to run and grow its Baton Rouge branch as a standalone business.

The role focuses on building relationships with general contractors, EPCs, plant owners, engineers, and public entities across Louisiana and neighboring states, while driving safety culture and team development. The successful candidate will own the branch budget, pricing, margin and collections, with Houston providing equipment, hydro demolition, and payroll backup support.

• Collaborate with ATI management to finalize branch strategy within 60 days
• Oversee support functions including equipment, safety, accounting and payroll backups

Aggregate Technologies (ATI) is looking for one leader to run and grow its established Baton Rouge branch as a business: its customers, people, safety, jobs and P&L. The Branch Director owns relationships with general contractors, EPCs, plant owners, engineers, DOTs and municipalities across Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas and Alabama, leads a safety culture, hires and develops the Baton Rouge team, and owns the branch budget, pricing, margin and collections, with Houston providing special equipment, hydro demolition, engineering and crew support plus permanent safety, accounting and payroll backup. The branch strategy is built jointly with ATI management in the first 60 days, and incentive pay is tied to those goals alongside a negotiable base salary, vehicle or allowance, health benefits and a 401(k).
