Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years of industry related experience on multi-discipline projects.
• Communicates effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate solutions.
• Maintains lasting customer relationships to deepen engagement.
• Ensures assigned teams deliver superior solutions to customers.
• Provides senior level resolution to customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages an office in Baton Rouge to service clients and opportunities.
• Leads and coordinates area execution across engineering, fabrication, construction and automation.
• Advocates for expansion of services in multiple areas and coordinates with PMs and engineering teams.
• Facilitates project status updates and meetings with clients.
• Supports development of project scopes for proposals and recruitment of area personnel.
• Forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization for the area; negotiates pricing when needed.
