Job summary

FloHawks in Puget Sound area is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to lead the Customer Solutions and Office Support teams, aligning operations with sales and finance to deliver exceptional service. You will drive scheduling, dispatch, billing coordination, and AR/AP processes while ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on process improvement to maximize customer satisfaction and branch performance.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of leadership experience in a service-based environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership, supervision, coaching, training, and development to assigned Customer Solutions and Office Support employees.
• Lead multiple positions and functional responsibilities within the branch, including COS and other administrative roles.
• Establish clear expectations aligned with customer, operational, financial, and business objectives.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development.
• Identify development opportunities and cross-training to ensure coverage for branch responsibilities.
• Interview, select, onboard, and train new team members.
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, communication, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service.
• Oversee COS function and ensure professional, accurate, and timely handling of calls and requests.
• Manage scheduling, dispatch, and customer follow-up with balance between expectations and capacity.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Coordinate AR/AP functions and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
