Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person or by telephone and assist or refer to a team member.
• Manage cash drawer and vault operations, ATM and cash recycler responsibilities.
• Balance cash daily and complete daily proofing of cash.
• Refer customers for sales opportunities and meet referral goals.
• Follow bank policies, customer service protocols, and branch security procedures.
• Travel to assigned bank locations as needed.
