Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate a customer service window handling deposits, withdrawals, checks, and other transactions with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer daily and assist in vault and ATM balancing as needed.
• Promote bank services and guide customers to appropriate specialists for advanced needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently per policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to security and fraud prevention protocols.
