Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities.
• Explain loan decision criteria at a high level.
• Process branch transactions and document interactions accurately.
• Proactively identify customer needs and refer to banking partners as appropriate.
• Adhere to AML, BSA and KYC processes and report any suspected fraud.
• Maintain a customer-focused, empathetic service experience in the lobby.
• Support branch operations and ensure compliance with risks and controls.
