AAA Central Penn is seeking a Branch Customer Service Manager on Progress Avenue to lead a team delivering exceptional service and driving meaningful results. You’ll coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure every member has a remarkable experience.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree or 7–10 years of related experience, exhibit strong leadership and communication, and are proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and related software.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 7–10 years of related experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and decision‑making.
• Organized, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and supportive of company initiatives.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and related software.
• Travel, Notary, PennDOT, or Messwin experience is a plus.

• Manage staffing, inventory, cash balancing, reporting, and facility maintenance.
• Maintain required clearance for title/PennDOT work.
