Job summary

Heller’s Gas INC is seeking a Branch Supervisor in Bloomsburg, PA to oversee branch personnel, the bulk plant, and the retail store. You will assist customers with sales and inquiries, perform inventory checks, and coordinate with corporate leadership to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong communication, organization, problem solving, and independent work skills, with responsibilities spanning delivery, service, and customer service functions in the propane industry.

Qualifications

• One to three years of relevant experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Gain an understanding of the various operational functions including delivery, service, and customer service, as well as the propane industry as a whole.
• Address and solve both customer and employee issues effectively and efficiently.
• Communicate with other departments/locations to ensure operational success.
• Perform general office, yard and administrative duties including, but not limited to, sales, payments, work orders, customer service, inventory counts, and vehicle inspections.
• Compile data and report on daily field operations.
• Oversee yard operations and tank readiness.
• Ensure that the store, yard, and bulk plant remain in good operating order.
• Assist other office and field personnel as considered necessary.
• Act as a representative of the company with a sound knowledge of policy and procedure.
